Cleared by your doctor or midwife to begin gentle exercise (typically 6+ weeks postpartum)
Struggling with energy, consistency, or confidence after baby
Looking to reconnect with your body and rebuild strength safely
The program is 12 weeks long, broken into four 3-week phases. We start with the basics: breathwork, core reconnection, and gentle movement. From there, we build layer by layer- from bodyweight to bands to dumbbells to gym-based training. Each week, you’ll:
Follow 2-4 guided workouts (video demos included)
Learn how to breathe and engage your core properly
Focus on fueling for recovery and energy
Track progress and adjust as needed
